Excellent quality! We bought it at the same time as Beef Mince and made a mixed mince bolognese - very tasty!
This is one of my weekly items because can do a lot with mince and it goes a long way.
All the better when it's from ethically reared and free-range pigs.
My latest fave to make with it is Pork and Pear Meatballs pan-fried with Parsnip Gnocchi, Sprouts and Tomato Salsa (all with ingredients from FFD), though I am equally partial to it made into a good ole warming Stew with Veggies.
