The meat will become so meltingly delicious it will fall apart, with such incredible depth of flavour. Our mutton is sourced from a small family farm in Oxenhope - Brontë Country.

The best for curry

I wanted to make an authentic Indian Mutton curry but have never found a good supplier of Mutton until now. A long marinade and an equally long slow cook resulted the most delicious curry I've ever made. Of course, Lamb is delicious in curry too, but from now on I'm going Greek with Lamb and Indian with Mutton

Made an excellent curry with this generous portion of mutton. Slow cooked, it tasted wonderful.
