I noticed a few reviewers mention the chicken seemed smallish, but it's worth pointing out that these are happy birds who are not force-fed with hormones and such to fatten them up.
The very noticeable difference for me, as soon as I started to prepare it for cooking, was the little wings were not broken, as you mostly see with supermarket birds, and there was no bruising. I value this very much.
They're very fresh and this helps when cooking; the meat is succulent and tasty, even cooked plain, so it's a great starting point for any meal -- it would be hard to go wrong with any rub or marinade.
I got the six meals and a good bone broth which I made into a soup with some FFD Fennel -- delice!
Don’t be put off by the scrawny look! It’s a very tasty chicken with easily enough meat for 4

Although quite small we’ve managed to get a couple meals out if it and made delicious stock too.
