Love them as Banana and Avocado Guacamole with Honey, Cayenne and fresh crushed Garlic -- even better all wrapped up in a Parsnip Flatbread with Crispy Smoked Bacon and Vine Tomatoes, all with FFD ingredients.

I do all my weekly shopping with FFD now and I've never eaten healthier or felt better about carbon footprints, plastic use and ethical farming.
