ORDERING & DELIVERY:

 

Can I choose my delivery day & time slot?

Your delivery day and time depends on where you live. Our routes are planned around the shortest route available, meaning we can't offer delivery time slots. We will be more than happy to give you an estimated time of delivery on the morning of your delivery day, just give us a ring on 01535 509013.

Can I add to an existing order or subscription?

You can add items to an order that is processing. For fresh produce you'll need to place your order before the deadline cut off for your postcode area (please see out delivery page). If it is pantry items you would like to add, we'll be able to add this up until the day before your delivery.

To add to your order, simply shop online and add a note at checkout so that it can be picked up by our team.

Can I choose what's in my produce box?

We offer seasonal produce boxes for veg, fruit, meat and cheese. The produce you receive in your box will rotate weekly with the seasons and unfortunately cannot be customised. You can however purchase individual produce items via our online shop.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to BD23, BD22, BD21, BD20, BD13, BD15, BD16, HX1, HX2, HX3, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX7, HD1, HD2, HD3, HD4, LS29, OL14 and OL15 postcodes.

When will my order be delivered?

Can you deliver if I'm not at home?

Yes, we can leave your delivery in a safe place if you're not at home. We want to be convenient for you. Just bear in mind that some items may be best kept cool. We'll always drop you a call, text or email if you're not home so you know where to find your delivery.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order, however for orders under £20 there will be a small delivery fee of £2.95. Subscribers get free delivery with no minimum spend.

Can I review my delivery?

If you're reporting a problem, please get in touch with us directly so that we can resolve it for you straight away. Please call us on 01535 509013, or email info@freshfarmdeliveries.com.

PAYMENT:

 

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

Unfortunately, we can't accept payment on delivery. All orders need to be placed via the website - we offer both card payments and PayPal.

Is there a delivery charge?

For orders over £20, delivery is free of charge. For smaller orders there is a fee of £2.95. All subscribers get free delivery with no minimum order.

Will I get a receipt with my order?

You'll get an order confirmation email when you purchase online. If you've paid via PayPal it's worth checking the inbox linked to this account too.

How can I look at my order history?

You can sign into your account on our shop page using the email address you used to order, and view all of your order and payment history.
