Tender and sweet, they are small and tender, so they are delicious raw. To cook, blanch in salted boiling water and toss in butter for a perfect finish or roast them drizzled in local honey.
I ate them raw, after a quick wash (the carrots, not me), as part of my work lunches. A very tasty and sweet way to get one of your five-a-day!
Love these bunched carrots. Great taste and some weeks I make pesto with the tops as an added extra.
